- You can access settlements from the Overview page and/or the Transactions tab
- The Worldpay Dashboard app holds settlement data from the last three years. This is the same as the Worldpay Dashboard desktop site
Overview page
- The Overview page is the first screen you will see when you log into the Worldpay Dashboard app
- You can quickly view an overview of their settlement(s) for the current month on the Overview page:
- Click into the Settlement box and then click into the relevant settlement you wish to view – this will then show the settlement details:
- Here you will see the individual transactions that are included in the settlement
Settlements tab
- To view your settlements click into Settlements from the menu
- The settlements will be displayed in list format and will be pre-set to show the settlements for the current month
From the list, you can view the following details of the settlement:
- Date
- Status
- Amount
- You can also click Filter to change the month that you wish to view
- Then select the month you wish to view the settlements for:
- To view additional details, you can click into the relevant settlement
- Here you will be able to view the following:
- Settlement amount
- Date
- Bank account details
- Payment reference
- Status
- Type (funds/charges/chargeback)
- Worldpay reference
- Transaction breakdown
- You can also view the individual transactions that makes up the settlement
