1. If you’re using a desktop or portable terminal (iCT250 or iWL251, 252 or 258):
- You can start keying in the long card number on the present/insert/swipe screen to process a cardholder not present payment.
- You’ll be asked for the expiry date, security code (last 3 digits on the signature strip of the card) and house number and numbers from the cardholders postcode to confirm the transaction.
2. If you’re using a MOVE5000 mobile terminal:
- To start a cardholder not present transaction, begin from the transaction menu, accessed using the grey button in the top right of the keyboard and select the CNP option.
- After entering the transaction amount and long card number you’ll be asked for the expiry date, security code (last 3 digits on the signature strip of the card) and house number and numbers from the cardholders postcode to confirm the transaction.
