Pay in a store

Step 1: Add your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or JBC brand card to a mobile phone or device that can accept payments.

Step 2: At the cash register, look for a contactless icon.

Step 3: To pay, place your gadget or phone over the icon.

Step 4: Performance of Two-factor authentication if it requires like fingerprint or facial recognition to identify your bank account and finish the mobile payment.

Pay online

You can use Octalas to pay online as a payment gateway option when your need to check out your online shopping.

Step 1: Make purchases then make a payment by Octalas by choosing Octalas as your payment gateway method.

Step 2: Pay with different cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and JBC), tap the Next button or the Expand Menu button, next to your default card.

Step 3: If necessary, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information. Store your information, so you won’t need to enter it again.

Step 4: Confirm the payment: use Touch ID , Face ID or your passcode.

When your payment is successful, you’ll see Done and a checkmark on the screen.
