Yes, we do accept international payments too. You can receive money from overseas.

Please take note to select “Accept Non-3-DS Card” in Merchant settings. Otherwise, your PayCEC account will disable oversea transaction.

For security reason, all PayCEC merchant account is set to accept 3-DS Card.
