- From the menu, click Transactions and click into Online Transactions
- Locate the transaction you wish to refund from the transaction list

- Click into the transaction you wish to refund and click the Refund button
- Select either Full refund or Partial refund as required
- If you are issuing a Partial refund, you will need to enter the amount you are refunding
- If you are issuing a Partial refund, you will need to enter the amount you are refunding
- Click Continue
- Review the details and click Confirm to issue the refund back to the cardholder
- You should see the following Success message:
- Once the refund has been processed, a refund Payment Event will show within the Transaction History section
- Once the refund has been processed, it will be displayed within the Processed Payments tab – this is typically the next day
