- The Worldpay Dashboard app is only available to download on mobile device
- You cannot download this on your tablet/iPad
- Your phone must be using either iOS 13.0 or later and Android 9.0 or later
Downloading the Worldpay Dashboard app
- You will need to open your app store on your mobile device
- iPhone users > App Store
- Android users > Google Play Store
- In the app store, search Worldpay Dashboard
- You will need to download the app to your mobile device
Logging in to the Worldpay Dashboard app
- Open the Worldpay Dashboard app
- Within the Username field, you will need to enter your Login ID and click Continue
- Enter your password
- Enter your security code and click Sign In
- You will now be logged in to the Worldpay Dashboard app
Do I need to log into the app every time I use it?
Password: You can also enable biometrics that will bypass the need to enter your password on each login. Instead, this will use the biometrics available on your phone to log in, e.g., face recognition, finger scanning, etc.
Security code: You can toggle Device Registration to register your mobile device, which means future logins from the same device will not require the security code for 60 days.
Can I reset my password on the Worldpay Dashboard app?
No, you cannot reset your password on the Worldpay Dashboard app.
When you click Trouble signing in?, it will advise you to use Worldpay Dashboard on a web browser to reset your password.
